What do we do with your data?
The Ivy Collection will never pass or sell your data outside the Group of companies except where a third party requires the data to provide communications as part of our normal service.
If you decide you can choose to Opt In to marketing information to hear more about our new openings, events and seasonal offers.
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified or removed – if you would like to do so please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
You have the right to stop marketing at any time. You can just click Unsubscribe on any email you are sent or let us know at any time by sending an email to email@example.com
Private Dining Rooms
As part of our services and to help you as much as possible in organising your event, when enquiring about one of our private dining room, we will send you at least one email either to invite you to a showcase or to present you with other options available across our business. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the button “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our email or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
When enquiring about one of our Private Dining Rooms, your details will be kept for a maximum during of two years after which they will be deleted from all our system if you have not interacted* with the company during this period. We will keep your data secure, and of course would never sell or share data.
*An interaction with the company is considered as opening one of our emails, clicking on one of our emails, enquiring about one of our private dining rooms or booking a private dining room with us.
The Ivy Collection uses a trusted 3rd party provider, GiftPro Limited, to manage the payment and fulfilment processes of purchasing one of its vouchers.
By placing your order you are providing us with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which we will only use for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling your order and, if for the benefit of someone else, communicating it to them.
- Collecting payment from you (which involves giving some of your PII to the payment processing provider).
- If you provide consent, sending you marketing communications.
- Statistical analysis.
We do not need your specific consent for that as that processing is necessary if we are to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. We have a legitimate interest in using your data for statistical analysis.
If you have consented to us using your PII for marketing purposes, we will cease using it for that purpose if you withdraw that consent by informing us using the contact details set out above, or by unsubscribing from our emails.
You also have the right at any time to ask us what PII of yours we hold, to have it corrected if incorrect and to object to the way in which we use it. When you place an order, payment is collected online and you are providing the payment data directly to our payment processing provider. We do not see or hold your full card payment details.
How secure is your data?
The Ivy Collection team employs a wide variety of security measures to back up, protect and manage your data. We undertake to secure your data as much as possible using up to date technology and robust policies and processes.
